TransPerfect in Medellín, Colombia is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, deploy, and optimize paid campaigns across major platforms. You’ll think in funnels, build multi-platform strategies, and drive quality leads through the funnel to sales-ready outcomes.

You’ll own technical craft of paid media and the strategic craft of designing campaigns that perform at each funnel stage. This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution and creative problem solving.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience across multiple platforms.
• Advanced expertise in major ad platforms and measurement (GA4).
• Strong understanding of funnel-driven performance and cross-channel alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan campaign architecture across platforms with funnel intent and audience logic.
• Design retargeting and lifecycle audiences to move leads through the funnel.
• Collaborate on lead qualification and sales hand-off criteria.
• Contribute creative direction to ad concepts and copy.
• Build and launch campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Set up and manage audience targeting, including custom audiences and lookalikes.
• Own bid strategy and budget pacing across campaigns.
• Traffic creative assets and maintain consistent naming and UTMs.
• Set up conversion tracking and verify GA4 accuracy.
• Run A/B tests and share learnings with the team.
• Pull data, build dashboards, and report performance.
• Continuously optimize spend toward top performers.
