TaskUs is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Barranquilla site. You will lead a team of up to 150 FTE, manage client relationships, and present performance updates in business reviews.

The role emphasizes KPI achievement and innovative problem solving to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 2+ years supervising in a call center (BPO a plus), 1+ year client management, and a strong communication skill set.

Formación

• 2+ years of supervising in a call center environment (BPO experience a plus)
• 1+ year of client management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department
• Lead and develop a team of up to 150 FTE
• Maintain and grow client relationships; present updates in reviews
• Ensure KPIs are met and problems are solved through process improvements
• Collaborate with team leaders to build capabilities and performance
