Publicis Global Delivery in Colombia is seeking a Data Analyst (Client Operations) to join our team. The role focuses on data analysis, insight generation, automation, and maintenance of internal reporting tools to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, Python and Power BI, plus strong Excel skills and English at B2 level. This hybrid position supports Finance Business Excellence and Delivery teams across the organization.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting
• Hands-on experience with Azure for large-scale data management and processing
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Solid experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI
• High proficiency in Excel
• English level B2/B2+ (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision‑making
• Review, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions (Power BI dashboards and internal reports)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across sources
• Develop and maintain automation flows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks
• Identify data or process issues and propose corrective or improvement actions
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal tools and services
