Gallagher’s Internal Consulting team in Medellín is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant to partner with senior leaders, analyze challenges, and drive practical improvements from planning through implementation. 2–3 years of management consulting, a Bachelor’s degree, strong strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; English B2+ required; experience in insurance brokerage is a plus.

• Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders
• Sound business judgment and the ability to balance financial and non-financial considerations
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred

Overview

The Strategy & Operations Consultant is part of Gallagher’s Internal Consulting team and helps solve some of the company’s most important business process challenges. In this role, you will work with senior leaders and operational teams to analyze problems, develop solutions, and support improvements from planning through implementation. This is a great opportunity for a strong problem solver who enjoys working across teams, using data to drive decisions, and turning ideas into practical action.
