Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is looking for a hands-on back-office operator to run the day-to-day for a growing US business in trades, real estate, merch or consulting. This role enables the owner to focus on clients and growth.

You will own day-to-day operations, coordinate the team and contractors, maintain CRM and job-tracking systems, and support payroll, invoicing and bookkeeping handoffs. Documentation as SOPs and automation using Notion, Zapier, and AI tools are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations or office management, 2+ for a US company
• Strong organization; owns a process without supervision
• Notion, Asana or ClickUp, Google Workspace and a CRM
• C1 English, confident with clients and vendors. Nice to have: Zapier or Make, QuickBooks, Jobber or ServiceTitan, DoorLoop or AppFolio. Top of range: end-to-end workflow ownership, self-built automation, managing people or vendors
