Cognizant in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Field Services Audio Visual Technician to ensure reliable workplace technology and seamless collaboration experiences. You will support, troubleshoot, and maintain AV systems, video conferencing, Teams Rooms, and conference room tech during executive meetings and live events.

You will provide onsite desktop support for Windows and macOS, coordinate device deployments, manage incidents through ITSM and ServiceNow, and work with vendors to minimize

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in AV or workplace technology support.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing platforms.
• Desktop support experience for Windows and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, Incident Management, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking concepts and remote support.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot audio visual technologies, video conferencing, Teams Rooms, and conference room systems.
• Provide technical support for executive meetings, town halls, live events, and hybrid environments.
• Deliver onsite desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Coordinate device deployments, workstation setups, and onboarding activities to ensure user readiness.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM processes and maintain documentation.
