Cognizant is seeking a Field Services Audio Visual Technician to ensure reliable workplace technology and collaboration environments in Bogotá. You will support executive meetings, live events, and hybrid rooms while collaborating with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

We value hands-on experience with video conferencing, Teams Rooms, and AV systems, plus strong ITSM knowledge for incident management. This onsite role demands proactive, customer-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience supporting audio visual technologies, workplace technology services, or IT field services environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing platforms, conference room technology, cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.
• Experience providing desktop support for Windows and macOS devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management processes, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking concepts and remote support technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and provide support for critical business meetings and events.

Responsabilidades

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot audio visual technologies, video conferencing solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conference room collaboration systems.
• Provide technical support for executive meetings, business presentations, town halls, live events, and hybrid collaboration environments.
• Deliver onsite desktop and end-user support, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.
• Coordinate device deployments, technology refreshes, workstation setups, and onboarding activities to ensure user readiness.
• Manage incidents and service requests through established ITSM processes while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting service-level commitments.
