Job summary

Cognizant in Bogotá is seeking a Field Services Audio Visual Technician to ensure the reliability and performance of workplace technology and collaboration environments. You will work with end users, IT support teams, and external vendors to deliver seamless hybrid meeting experiences.

You will support, maintain, and troubleshoot AV technologies, video conferencing solutions, Teams Rooms, and conference room systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting audio visual technologies, workplace technology services, or IT field services environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing platforms, conference room technology, cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.
• Experience providing desktop support for Windows and macOS devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management processes, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking concepts and remote support technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot audio visual technologies, video conferencing solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conference room collaboration systems.
• Provide technical support for executive meetings, business presentations, town halls, live events, and hybrid collaboration environments.
• Deliver onsite desktop and end-user support, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.
• Coordinate device deployments, technology refreshes, workstation setups, and onboarding activities to ensure user readiness.
• Manage incidents and service requests through established ITSM processes while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting service-level commitments.
