Massive Bio is seeking an Oncology Informatics Specialist to bridge clinical knowledge and data systems across our growing platform. You will collaborate with clinical, product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure informatics infrastructure supports trial matching and data-driven patient care.

You will design informatics strategies, own data pipelines, and help ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance while enabling AI/ML applications in healthcare.

Formación

• Degree in bioinformatics, health informatics, CS, or a related field.
• 3+ years in oncology informatics or closely related space (clinical data management, trial data systems, health IT).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR; understanding of data integrity, security and privacy.
• Comfort interacting across functions and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience or interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design informatics strategies that support clinical trial matching and oncology research.
• Partner with clinical, product and engineering teams to translate data needs into system requirements.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of informatics tools, data pipelines, and EDC platforms.
• Own regulatory compliance for data management across HIPAA, GDPR, and local regulations.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets for informatics initiatives; align stakeholders.
• Train internal teams on informatics tools and best practices to raise data literacy.
