Pharmbills is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia, to bridge the gap between offer and success for doctors and healthcare professionals joining U.S. healthcare organizations.

You will guide new hires through the onboarding process, manage documentation and internal forms, and collaborate with HR/recruitment teams to optimize workflows, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to employment.

Formación

• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) and prior onboarding/HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
