As a Data Processing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring accurate and seamless data operations for our clients. From analyzing and validating data files to troubleshooting discrepancies and maintaining smooth system integrations, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our clients’ success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

️ Analyzing and processing data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and more).

️ Reviewing and validating data files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

️ Providing file specifications and collaborating with clients to correct discrepancies.

️ Supporting clients with ongoing system updates, renewals, and file configurations.

️ Monitoring and maintaining daily file transmission schedules.

️ Troubleshooting and resolving data errors promptly.

️ Implementing and testing new EDI connections for seamless data feeds.

️ Managing vendor interfaces to ensure timely data transmission and discrepancy resolution.

️ Working within the Employee Navigator Benefit Admin system for updates and configurations.

️ Training clients on new systems and processes when needed.

️ Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proficiency in Excel, especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Experience working with large data sets and ensuring data accuracy.

Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) to interact with clients effectively.

Basic knowledge of Data Science is a plus.

Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.

Previous experience with Employee Navigator or similar systems is preferred.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized.
