Ascend BPO in Barranquilla is seeking a Junior HR Associate to own onboarding and hiring operations for Delivery Associates. You will manage the end-to-end process, ensure compliance, and maintain a smooth pipeline of new hires.

This role requires decisive ownership and proactive execution to support logistics and HR functions. The position emphasizes coordinating background checks, training, and scheduling while aligning with company requirements.

Formación

• Junior level HR Associate with ownership of onboarding and hiring operations.
• Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth pipeline.
• Willingness to take ownership, make decisions, and execute at a high level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full onboarding process for Delivery Associates from application to activation.
• Coordinate and track onboarding steps including background checks, training, and compliance.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Track candidate progress, identify bottlenecks, and communicate with candidates to advance steps.
• Handle terminations, documentation, and system updates.
• Ensure onboarding data is accurate and up to date with company requirements.
• Monitor onboarding processes for delays or compliance issues.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and management teams.
• Publish the weekly employee schedule based on coverage and availability.
