Lean Solutions Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations for both internal and external clients at our Bucaramanga site. This on-site role sets the tone for every interaction and ensures smooth operations.

You will coordinate workloads, monitor productivity, support supervisors, organize monthly meetings, and oversee payroll and billing with regulatory compliance. Advanced English and 1–2 years of leadership in BPO are required.

Formación

• - Leadership experience in a BPO setting.
• - Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• - Proficient in English at an advanced level.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain effective communication with staff and clients to align operational processes.
• Coordinate and analyze workload with QA and WFA, oversee productivity reports and allocate personnel.
• Support supervisors and team leads, organize monthly meetings with follow-ups.
• Accurately manage payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, process leave requests, and maintain billing transparency.
