Work With Us is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Medellín, Colombia to manage end-to-end shipment lifecycles for e-commerce cargo. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with partners, and drive timely deliveries from origin to final mile.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in freight forwarding operations, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in TMS platforms and Google Workspace. This is a permanent, on-site role with rotative schedules.

Formación

• 2+ years as a Planner in a Freight Forwarder, focused on on-ground operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, cargo processes, and freight forwarding operations.
• Proficiency in TMS platforms and Google Workspace tools.
• Self-driven and capable of working under time-sensitive conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate shipments from origin to delivery.
• Ensure full compliance and act as the audit point of contact.
• Manage bookings, bills, tracking, and ground coordination.
• Resolve service issues and maintain proactive communication with partners.
• Collaborate with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, and internal teams.
