Lean Solutions Group is seeking a proactive Dispatch Support Coordinator to support daily transportation operations by monitoring shipments, communicating with drivers, and updating loads. This role requires ensuring accurate load tracking and timely updates to customers.

The position emphasizes coordination with internal teams, maintaining logs, and resolving issues to keep dispatch running efficiently. 1–2 years in logistics and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years in logistics/dispatching.
• English level: B2+ or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Track and trace shipments through phone, email, and text messaging.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor shipment progress and resolve issues.
• Update load statuses, arrival and departure times, and location information in internal systems.
• Monitor daily dispatch boards and prioritize loads based on operational needs.
• Verify incoming emails and identify issues requiring immediate attention.
• Maintain accurate call logs and document all shipment-related interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to adjust load assignments, route changes, and truck swaps when necessary.
• Notify shippers and consignees of shipment delays or appointment changes.
• Participate in team meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed within established deadlines.
