Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Scheduler to join our logistics team in Colombia. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in scheduling, logistics coordination, or related roles, and can communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

• 6+ months of experience in scheduling, logistics coordination, or a related role.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Scheduling is preferred.
• Education in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Experience using McLeod or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external partners.
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-service oriented.
• English proficiency: B2-C1 (required).

Responsabilidades

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for multiple customers.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to obtain appointment dates and confirmations.
• Enter and maintain accurate order and shipment information in the appropriate systems.
• Monitor appointment schedules and follow up on pending confirmations or changes.
• Ensure all scheduling information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
• Support recurring operational activities and provide cross-functional assistance to customers and internal partners.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduling updates, delays, and operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve scheduling or order entry issues using analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within logistics systems.
• Perform additional logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
