Adaptive Teams is seeking a detail-driven Order Processing Specialist to manage retail customer orders across US and Australian operations. You’ll use NetSuite to process orders, coordinate with warehouses in California and Sydney, and ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• Hands-on NetSuite experience, ideally with sales order processing.
• Experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or sales administration.
• Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or e-commerce customers.
• Excellent attention to detail to prevent costly mistakes.
• Ability to manage a high volume of orders against deadlines.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience with major retailers or multiple international markets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer orders in NetSuite.
• Coordinate orders for warehouse operations in California and Sydney.
• Manage orders for major US and Australian retail customers.
• Review order details, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor orders from entry through fulfillment and shipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, inventory, and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Help ensure retailer-specific requirements and deadlines are met.
