ScotiaGBS in Bogota leads and oversees Global KYC, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting the Bank's global services strategy. The role focuses on data refresh, client onboarding, and collaboration with relationship managers to maintain strong client relationships.

The incumbent will work across Front, Middle, and Back Offices, manage multiple analysts, and adapt to changing regulatory requirements, with a focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in KYC/AML roles.
• Undergraduate/graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related.
• Experience with current regulatory frameworks impacting client onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a client-centric culture to deepen relationships.
• Oversee KYC data refresh and documentation for existing clients.
• Interact with bankers and relationship managers to obtain information.
• Ensure timely actions on cases requiring input from internal partners.
• Update systems with client information and documentation.
• Deliver high-quality, error-free work within SLAs.
