Job summary

WITHIN in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a motion- and visually-driven designer for in-office work five days a week. The role emphasizes crafting eye-catching content across 2D/3D motion graphics, photography, and typography with a strong portfolio and collaboration across teams.

You will develop concepts for modular content, long-form campaigns, and 360 activations while leveraging AI tools and the latest creative tech to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience delivering motion design for campaigns
• Strong portfolio of design, motion and campaign work
• Excellent organization and collaboration
• Solid typography and animation knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead 2D/3D motion graphics and concept development
• Iterate creatives based on KPIs and data insights
• Integrate performance learnings into creative process
• Maintain high-quality output across clients and projects
• Contribute to modular content, long-form, 360 campaigns
• Collaborate to build storyboards and decks for various projects
• Stay ahead of creative trends and new platforms
• Communicate progress and bandwidth to leadership
• Propose inventive, non-traditional solutions
