Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to champion our visual brand from a remote Colombia location. You will create engaging motion-led content across digital and social channels, supporting our Corporate Content & Creative programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in motion graphics, knowledge of brand systems, and fluency in English. You’ll work remotely within Colombia, collaborating with designers and editors to deliver compelling storytelling that aligns with strategic intent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts.
3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
Strong English proficiency (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Create high quality motion graphics and video content for digital, social, and multimedia channels.
Design and animate assets for product launches, campaigns, explainers, and storytelling pieces.
Elevate brand expression through animation, typography, color, and visual effects.
Deliver motion content aligned with brand standards and compliance needs.
Support the full motion graphics workflow from concepting to final delivery.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and creatives to ensure cohesive storytelling.
