Monks seeks a highly organized Animator Motion 2D to architect our visual output. You will craft scalable After Effects templates, manage localization for global campaigns, and build AI-powered automation to render assets across languages and formats.

You will bridge high-end design with scalable execution, focusing on template architecture, precise localization, and automation using Google ecosystem. A strong portfolio and advanced English are essential.

Formación

• Advanced and conversational English is required.
• A portfolio showing high-end motion work and programmatic/creative projects.
• 3–5 years experience in a fast-paced creative team or agency.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Master Template Architecture: design and optimize After Effects templates for localization and scalable layouts.
• Precision Localization: oversee end-to-end translation and regional adaptation with frame-perfect accuracy.
• Workflow Automation: leverage AI-assisted tools to automate data-driven renders from Sheets/CSV.
• Asset Scaling & QA: maintain organized asset libraries and ensure exports meet technical/brand specs.
• Strategic Creative Development: create foundational hero motion assets for scalable automation.
