Monks is seeking a talented designer to join our global team, producing digital ads and assets across channels. You’ll specialize in static visuals with strong production skills and an eye for detail, leveraging Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma along with solid English communication for cross-time-zone collaboration.

You’ll contribute to fast-paced projects, maintain organized files and templates, and ensure designs follow brand guidelines while delivering high-quality outputs at scale.

Formación

• 2+ years of design experience.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Figma a plus.
• Excellent file organization and ability to work independently.
• Ability to contribute across production stages from styles to language/versioning.
• Exceptional attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display ads; Figma helpful.
• Produce high-quality assets with strong production mechanics/template building.
• Collaborate with designers and clients across time zones.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and fit multiple formats/dimensions.
• Support scalable asset creation with speed and consistency.
