Publicis Production Hub (PPH) is seeking a Motion Designer to craft motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns across social media, web, and broadcast. You will deliver dynamic visuals, typographic animations, and scalable templates while collaborating with Creative Directors to ensure brand-aligned quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in motion design, strong After Effects skills, and familiarity with social content formats.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Motion Design experience in agencies or studios.
• Strong animation and typography skills aligned with brand visuals.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects; experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Proven ability to create content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Familiar with AI-powered creative tools and efficient production workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns across social media, web, broadcast, and OOH.
• Create typography animations, transitions, end cards, and other audiovisual elements.
• Develop static mockups for approval before animation.
• Create and optimize After Effects templates for scalable production.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain file organization.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative reviews.
• Leverage AI tools to improve production processes.
