Omnicom Production is seeking a talented, agile, and collaborative Animator to join our growing video production team. In this role, you will partner with creative leads, designers, editors, and localization teams to develop and adapt high-quality animated content for global and regional campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong animation and design skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You can seamlessly adapt to evolving creative directions while consistently delivering exceptional visual storytelling across multiple formats and platforms. This position requires a professional who combines technical excellence with a strong artistic eye and a passion for bringing ideas to life through animation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, primarily After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Create, adapt, and localize animated content for digital, social, broadcast, and online platforms.
• Revise and enhance existing animation templates while developing original animation solutions when needed.
• Work independently on projects while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Interpret, execute, and elevate creative concepts provided by stakeholders, art directors, and team members.
• Present animation concepts and creative solutions clearly and confidently.
• Collaborate with creative stakeholders, designers, and production teams to develop animations based on storyboards, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Ensure all animation work aligns with client brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and campaign objectives.
• Develop reusable templates, animation systems, and organized asset libraries to support ongoing production needs.
• Prepare and deliver final assets according to technical specifications for various media channels.
• Partner with editors, producers, audio engineers, and post-production teams throughout the production process.
• Maintain high creative and technical standards while managing multiple concurrent projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics, post-production, creative agencies, or related environments.
• Proven experience adapting global creative assets for multiple digital and multimedia platforms.
• Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, with strong proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to efficiently transfer and optimize layered design files for animation workflows.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent typography, layout, and design sensibilities.
• Passion for continuously learning emerging tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to take projects from concept through final delivery.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-service-oriented environments is highly preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with localization and adaptation workflows.
• Knowledge of video editing fundamentals and post-production processes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media content, and performance-driven creative assets.
• Experience supporting global brands and cross-functional creative teams.
• Basic knowledge of 3D animation workflows and software is a plus.
