Job summary

Lean Tech is seeking a Mid to Mid+ Reporting Analyst to join our remote LATAM team. You will design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities include advanced DAX calculations, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics. Experience with Aveva PI System and PI Integrator is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in reporting and data visualization.
• Experience with large datasets and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with industrial or operational data analytics is a plus.
• Proven expertise in Power BI development, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and ETL processes.

What you will be doing:

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing advanced dashboards and reports to meet business requirements while supporting data-driven decision-making processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and leverage a variety of tools and platforms to design, manage, and optimize scalable reporting solutions. This position demands both technical and analytical expertise, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Implement complex DAX calculations and data modeling to optimize performance and insights.
• Ensure high performance and fast rendering for reports by managing datasets and models efficiently.
• Work closely with business users and decision-makers to identify reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards and reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of relational databases and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Aveva PI System, PI AF, and PI Integrator (preferred).
• Familiarity with industrial or operational data analytics is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
