Lean Tech in LATAM is seeking a Junior Reporting Analyst to support data visualization, dashboards, and BI reporting. Work remotely with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to create interactive reports that drive informed decisions for stakeholders.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling large datasets, and proficient in translating business needs into clear visual insights while collaborating with users across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in reporting, BI, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong data manipulation and reporting skills using Excel.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visual reports.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and presentation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Extract, transform, and visualize data to support business intelligence needs.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve relevant data for reporting.
• Work closely with business users to identify key reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting functions.
• Assist in performance optimization of dashboards and reports for better usability.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights.
