What you will be doing

We’re looking for a talented Data Visualization Engineer to join our cross‑functional data team and play a key role in transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and user‑centered wireframes, combining creative visualization with solid data engineering fundamentals. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive, data‑driven solutions that empower smarter decision‑making across the organization. Beyond visualization, you’ll also contribute to building scalable data infrastructure—optimizing pipelines and leveraging Snowflake to enhance data warehousing and analytics performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for data visualization and reporting solutions.
• Design wireframes and dashboard prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards to visualize business KPIs and insights.
• Work with Snowflake to manage data warehousing solutions and optimize query performance.
• Perform data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sources.
• Manage version control using Git and track work progress through JIRA.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting processes and enhance data accessibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing dashboards in Tableau.
• Experience designing wireframes or mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse solutions.
• Ability to read and write SQL for data manipulation and optimization.
• Experience using Git for version control and JIRA for workflow management.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Desired Skills

• Experience presenting data stories and visual insights to business audiences.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for dashboard usability.
• Portfolio showcasing previous Tableau dashboards or visualization projects.
