Job summary

Shiny Wipes is seeking an experienced Performance Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy behind an 8-figure DTC brand serving the US market. You will lead from research and ideation to scripting, briefing, analysis, and iteration, with a heavy focus on Meta ads and direct-response creative.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on performance creative experience.
• Deep Meta Ads experience with key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM).
• Strong knowledge of direct-response copywriting and VSL structures.
• Proven track record of strategizing creatives and explaining performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop winning creative concepts for Meta ads and direct-response campaigns.
• Research customers and competitors to uncover new creative opportunities.
• Script and brief ads including UGC, demos, and VSL-style creatives.
• Produce 15–20+ high-quality concepts per week to feed the creative pipeline.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and improve future creatives.
• Collaborate with founders, media buyers, editors, designers, and content creators.
• Help improve the creative system for faster testing and learning.
