Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
• Screen and interview to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in ATS and documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics to drive improvements and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy.
