Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes unit, invites a Value Creation Analyst to Bogota, Colombia. You will partner with Selling and Commercial teams to deliver pricing analytics, market insights and incentive programs that improve profitability and decision making.

This role offers exposure to a global orthopedic leader and cross-functional collaboration. Required: 2–4 years in commercial analytics, strong Excel and financial modeling, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and implementation of pricing strategies across products, segments and geographies.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to understand pricing trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain pricing and value models to assess business impact.
• Assist in analyses related to pricing strategies, incentives and commercial initiatives.
• Support design and execution of channel partner incentive and rebate programs.
• Develop customer and segment insights to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Strategy.
• Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for management decisions.
