DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is recruiting a Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing in Bogotá, Colombia. This role leads strategic sourcing initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality talent across functions and regions.

You will partner with TA leadership, build pipelines via market mapping and networks, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes using data and technology. Travel up to 20% may be required; professional certifications are preferred.

Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, executive search, or workforce planning.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-function sourcing strategies.
• Strong candidate identification, market research, and pipeline development skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and data-driven recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and needs.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and talent engagement.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and events.
• Analyze market trends to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes using data and technology.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies with recruitment marketing.
• Collaborate with HR, DE&I, and business leaders to align talent objectives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and pipeline health to improve hiring outcomes.
