Job summary

The position requires a technical degree in Electrical/Electronics, proven field service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel extensively (about 75% within Colombia).

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical, Electronics or related field.
• Previous field service experience, preferably with medical devices or similar complex equipment.
• Hands-on installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer-service orientation and teamwork across functions.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel about 75% within Colombia.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and support.
• Manage service orders and documentation, ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare quotations, manage spare parts and monitor inventory with Import team.
• Maintain organized service workshop following 5S principles.
• Support management of HLM service contracts and new packages.
