Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical degree and field service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities: installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Manage service orders, customer complaints and calls with timely follow-up and SLA compliance.
• Provide technical service training and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
