Job summary

Sanofi Bogotá is seeking a Government contract operations specialist to support Medicaid claim reviews, payment reconciliations and dispute resolution within our Medical & commercial team.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. You will handle state inquiries, quarterly reports, and coordination of various claims/processes in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, policy or health care.
• 1–3 years in pharmaceutical/Medicaid related roles preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly Medicaid claim review including trend review and reconciliation.
• Manage Medicaid mailbox as the primary state contact.
• Support dispute resolution and processing of rebates and IFF.
• Assist with audits, ad-hoc requests, and data uploads.
• Prepare quarterly/monthly reports for finance and external contacts.
