Pharmbills LLC in Bogota seeks a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to process and review healthcare insurance claims, track discrepancies, and coordinate with providers and US insurers to resolve issues. Hybrid work arrangement with remote option after probation.

You will keep detailed records of payments, denials, follow-ups, and communications, generate reports on trends, and support improvements in claim accuracy and processing efficiency.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills to spot patterns in claims data.
• Meticulous attention to detail to minimize errors.
• Experience with healthcare claims, billing, or insurance is a plus.
• Comfort with coordinating across time zones (US hours).
