Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Materials Receiving Warehouse Supervisor in Cali, Colombia to lead receiving, putaway, and dispatch of raw materials and packaging. You will drive inventory control, optimize warehouse capacity, and ensure GMP/EHS compliance across multiple sites, plants, and copackers.

You will oversee shift leadership, labor relations, and the use of SAP WMS/EWM and DOMO dashboards to monitor real-time inventory and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience supervising operational teams in receiving warehouses, DCs, or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced use of ERP systems, specifically SAP (WMS/EWM modules, /SCWM/MON).
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (DOMO, Advanced Excel).
• Solid knowledge of GMP and EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations & Material Flow: Supervise the end-to-end receiving, putaway, inventory rotation, and timely dispatch of materials to manufacturing plants, copackers, and external subsidiaries.
• Team Leadership & Shift Governance: Manage daily shift schedules, manpower capacity, training, and operational assignments while fostering positive labor relations and resolving workforce concerns promptly.
• Safety, Quality & EHS Compliance: Lead daily warehouse walkthroughs, enforce GMP and EHS standards, oversee hazardous/flammable material storage, and manage Gensuite safety findings.
• Inventory Control & System Management: Monitor warehouse capacity, conduct cycle counts, manage controlled materials, and analyze real-time inventory flow using SAP WMS/EWM and DOMO reporting dashboards.
• Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Inspect warehouse facilities, MHE, and storage systems, coordinating preventive maintenance and enforcing 5S housekeeping.
