Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking an experienced Materials Receiving Warehouse Supervisor to manage inbound materials, storage, and dispatch across multiple sites. You will apply HOP principles, supervise shifts, ensure GMP/EHS compliance, and optimize inventory using SAP WMS/EWM and DOMO dashboards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, safe operations, and efficient material flow in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years leading operational teams in receiving warehouses or DCs.
• Advanced SAP (WMS/EWM) usage and transaction management experience.
• Proficiency in data visualization with DOMO and Excel.
• Solid GMP and EHS regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end receiving, putaway, inventory rotation, and dispatch of materials.
• Lead shift schedules, training, and labor relations on the shop floor.
• Uphold GMP and EHS standards in daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor capacity, cycle counts, and real-time inventory in SAP WMS/EWM and DOMO.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure 5S housekeeping and pest control.
