Get Linked Up, LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist to support a busy law firm by organizing client data collected by Intake Specialists. You will manage data in Excel and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and privacy throughout the intake process.

The ideal candidate has experience with mass tort and personal injury intake, strong administrative background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas.
• Experience in administrative, data entry, or intake roles.
• Experience in mass tort and personal injury intake.
• Experience completing Plaintiff Fact Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, input, and maintain intake data into Excel and internal databases.
• Create, update, and manage Excel workbooks and templates to track cases.
• Review intake notes to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Maintain real-time tracking logs of prospective and active clients.
• Generate reports and summaries based on intake data for internal use.
• Prepare organized summaries and spreadsheets for attorney consultations.
• Flag incomplete or inconsistent data and coordinate with Intake Specialists.
• Refine data collection workflows and Excel templates to improve efficiency.
• Handle document tracking, electronic filing, and secure data storage.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies.
