Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking an experienced Anaplan Specialist to join our LATAM practice. You will translate business challenges into Anaplan models, design scalable solutions, and work with clients to implement end-to-end planning solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.

In this role you will collaborate with experienced Anaplan professionals, contribute to data integration efforts, and participate in UAT and deployment activities. A growth-oriented, client-facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including at least one Anaplan implementation.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, or implementing Anaplan models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of system implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment. Agile experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, client-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling within Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound data integrations.
• Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and enthusiasm for working in a growing team.
• Interest in gaining exposure across industries while continuing to develop your Anaplan and consulting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets, and business challenges into elegant and intuitive Anaplan multidimensional models.
• Design, build, and enhance Anaplan models as part of new implementations, connected solutions, optimizations, or expanded functionality.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Provide clear, meaningful feedback and timely progress updates to business partners and project teams.
• Develop and maintain model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration activities.
• Support and lead UAT testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with the broader Anaplan team and contribute to the continued growth of Slalom's Anaplan capabilities in LATAM.
