Gallagher in Bogotá is seeking a Marketing Support specialist to help shape client engagement and brand presence. You will work across teams to plan campaigns, coordinate events, and produce clear, compelling marketing materials.

Ideal candidates are organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities while leveraging Salesforce and Power BI to summarize marketing data for leadership reviews.

Formación

• Marketing experience in a B2B context is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Workfront.
• Experience with email marketing automation and Salesforce.
• Clear writing and verbal communication.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Support client engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Contribute to campaigns across email, social media, direct mail, webinars, advertising, and events.
• Assist in creating materials that tell a clear and compelling story.
• Coordinate events, speaking opportunities, and branded assets.
• Work with vendors to manage merchandise and tracking.
• Partner with business teams to develop thought leadership content.
• Support social media campaign planning and execution.
• Gather, organize, and summarize marketing data from Salesforce, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms.
• Collaborate with design partners to create graphics and templates.
• Keep project schedules on track and help teams meet deadlines.
• Build relationships across marketing, business, and compliance teams.
• Contribute to a team culture of responsiveness, initiative, and shared success.

About You

• You have experience in a marketing role. B2B marketing experience in consulting or commercial insurance is helpful.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
• You may have used project management tools such as Workfront.
• You may have experience with email marketing automation and Salesforce.
• You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
• You can work well with clients, colleagues, and partners across different teams and time zones.
• You are organized, detail-focused, and able to manage several priorities at once.
• You take initiative and can move projects forward with limited direction.
• You enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
• You bring a service-minded approach and respond well to changing needs.
