Gallagher seeks a Marketing Studio Project Manager in Bogotá to drive end-to-end integrated campaigns. You’ll coordinate across design, web production, marketing automation, and social media, ensuring timely delivery and quality across channels.

You’ll partner with Account and Campaign Strategy teams, manage resource allocation with global traffic managers, and apply industry best practices to optimize workflows while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Formación

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English Level B2+.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing or agency setting, with a focus on creative and integrated teams.
• Expertise in enterprise project management tools, with a strong preference for Adobe Workfront.
• Experience in the financial, insurance, or benefits consulting sectors (preferred but not required).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across global teams.
• A self-motivated, forward-thinking mindset with a knack for problem-solving and risk management.
• The ability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Translate campaign objectives into actionable work plans, synchronizing deliverables across creative, content, web, marketing automation, and social media teams.
• Collaborate with global resourcing teams and traffic managers to assign and shift resources as needed, ensuring timelines are met.
• Conduct high-level quality checks to ensure all assets meet scope and release requirements before final delivery.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and workflows, leveraging industry best practices and global team expertise.
• Provide regular project updates, escape potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.

Overview

As a Marketing Studio Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
