Gallagher is seeking a Marketing Studio Project Manager to drive end-to-end campaigns across design, web production, marketing automation, and social media within our in-house agency. You will partner with Account and Campaign Strategy teams to translate objectives into actionable plans and manage high-volume, cross-functional deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• English level B2+
• 3+ years of project management in marketing/agency with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in enterprise PM tools; strong preference for Adobe Workfront.
• Experience in financial/insurance/benefits consulting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication across global teams.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously.

Overview

As a Marketing Studio Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with our Account and Campaign Strategy team, you’ll manage high-volume, cross-functional deliverables across creative design, web production, marketing automation, and social media. This is an internal-facing role where your proactive mindset and ability to manage complex workflows will help drive success in our in-house agency environment.

How you'll make an impact

• Facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, from discovery and intake to kick-off and delivery.
• Translate campaign objectives into actionable work plans, synchronizing deliverables across creative, content, web, marketing automation, and social media teams.
• Collaborate with global resourcing teams and traffic managers to assign and shift resources as needed, ensuring timelines are met.
• Conduct high-level quality checks to ensure all assets meet scope and release requirements before final delivery.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and workflows, leveraging industry best practices and global team expertise.
• Provide regular project updates, elevate potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.

About you

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English Level B2+
• 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing or agency setting, with a focus on creative and integrated teams.
• Expertise in enterprise project management tools, with a strong preference for Adobe Workfront.
• Experience in the financial, insurance, or benefits consulting sectors (preferred but not required).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across global teams.
• A self-motivated, forward-thinking mindset with a knack for problem-solving and risk management.
• The ability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
