• Experience in marketing, ideally in business-to-business marketing, consulting, or commercial insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support brand, content, events, campaigns, and marketing insights across teams and time zones.
• Assist with client events, webinars, speaking engagements, and experiences to connect teams and ideas.
• Contribute to thought leadership and marketing materials for business development and client outreach.
• Help gather and summarize marketing data to assess effectiveness and inform optimizations.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of branded items and event materials.

Overview

Join a global marketing team that helps shape how Gallagher Re connects with clients and shares its expertise. In this role, you will support brand, content, events, campaigns, and marketing insights that help the business grow. Your work will help bring ideas to life, support strong client relationships, and keep marketing efforts moving across teams and time zones.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Help deliver marketing work that supports business growth and strengthens the Gallagher Re brand.
• Support client events, webinars, speaking engagements, and other experiences that help people connect with our teams and ideas.
• Contribute to thought leadership that shares useful insights with core audiences.
• Help create marketing materials that support business development and client outreach.
• Partner with design, compliance, and business teams to bring clear, polished content to market.
• Support social media campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
• Gather and summarize marketing data to help the team understand what is working and where to improve.
• Help keep projects organized and on schedule so work moves forward smoothly.
• Work with vendors on branded items and event materials that reflect our standards.
• Be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, care, and follow-through.

About You

• You have experience in marketing, ideally in business-to-business marketing, consulting, or commercial insurance.
• You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
• You are comfortable working with different teams and building strong working relationships.
• You are organized, detail-focused, and able to manage several priorities at once.
• You take initiative and can work independently while staying connected to the wider team.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
• You may have experience with project management tools such as Workfront.
• You may also have experience with email marketing automation tools and Salesforce.
• You enjoy turning information into clear, useful content.
• You bring a service-minded approach and respond well to changing needs and deadlines.
• You value teamwork, inclusion, and learning.
• You are open to growing your skills in a global environment.
