Gallagher is seeking a Marketing Executive to turn campaign data into actionable insights and support marketing activities that improve customer engagement and drive revenue. You will work in a global environment that values growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.

The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with sales teams to enable effective follow-up and planning. Prior experience with digital marketing and CRM is preferred.

• Help campaigns reach the right people and support business growth.
• Turn data into insight that improves future marketing activity.
• Spot what is working across channels and what needs to change.
• Support better conversion by sharing clear reporting and practical recommendations.
• Help sales teams with useful insight that supports follow-up and planning.
• Keep marketing materials accurate, current, and ready to use.
• Support events and printed materials so campaigns run smoothly.
• Help protect quality by proofreading content and checking details carefully.

About You

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a customer relationship management system.
• An understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Care and accuracy when reviewing content and reports.
• The ability to work well on your own and with others.
• Experience in financial services, which would be helpful but is not essential.
