Job summary

10Pearls, LLC is seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Lead to design, implement, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. This hands-on technical leader will develop customer journeys, campaigns, automations, and integrations across Salesforce and external systems.

The role requires expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and SQL. You will guide the development team, oversee deployments, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience implementing and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
Strong practical experience developing AMPscript and SQL queries within Marketing Cloud.
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.
Experience managing configurations and deployments across Salesforce environments and Marketing Cloud Business Units.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder with audience segmentation and triggers.
Build and manage email campaigns using Email Studio with dynamic content and personalization.
Develop and maintain automation workflows using Automation Studio for data processing and scheduling.
Write and optimize AMPscript and SQL queries for data-driven personalization.
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Clouds, and external systems.
Manage Marketing Cloud configurations, deployments, and changes across environments and Business Units.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide guidance to developers.
