10Pearls is seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Lead to design, implement, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on developing customer journeys, marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and integrations across Salesforce and external enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Marketing Cloud with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, manage deployments, and guide development team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, including audience segmentation, decision splits, triggers, and automated communications.
• Build and manage email campaigns using Email Studio, including dynamic content, personalization, and subscriber targeting.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Automation Studio for data processing, segmentation, scheduling, and campaign execution.
• Write, maintain, and optimize AMPscript for dynamic email personalization and campaign logic.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, segmentation, transformation, and management of Data Extensions.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external enterprise systems.
• Manage Marketing Cloud configurations, deployments, and changes across Salesforce environments and Marketing Cloud Business Units.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, review implementations, and support team members in troubleshooting and solution delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution, integrations, data synchronization, and automation workflows.
• Establish and maintain technical documentation and development best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Strong practical experience developing AMPscript and SQL queries within Marketing Cloud.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver working implementations.
• Experience providing technical guidance to developers or other team members.
• Knowledge of Data Extensions, subscriber data management, and marketing automation workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting Marketing Cloud implementations and integration issues.
