adidas GBS in Bogota is seeking a Manager HR Data to execute and deliver HR reports, maintain data standards, and support global HR decision-making. You will manage HR data governance, and partner with HR services and IT to ensure data accuracy and compliant reporting.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR data or reporting, strong English, and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI, with an international mindset and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in HR or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international matrix organization
• Experience in reporting and governance function
• Initial Project Management experience
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI

Responsabilidades

• Execute, deliver and publish HR reports and other management information in a timely and accurate manner
• Define and update HR data management and reporting standards, guidelines and manuals
• Maintain a HR data and reporting repository with definitions of master data, available reports, data feeds and KPIs
• Manage implementation and enhancements of HR reporting and analytical tools and processes
• Provide HR systems support with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to resolve system-related queries and ensure data integrity
• Validate HR data compliance with global HR data model and data privacy regulations
• Manage data auditing activities
• Consult HR Services and market HR functions in data auditing standards and routines
• Consult HR and non-HR functions in the definition and usage of global HR data, reports and tools
• Moderate alignment between HR, Controlling and other functions regarding Functional Hierarchy Level and data elements
• Initiate process and data improvement measurements
• Participate in a global network of reporting champions to promote data management standards
• Maintain sound business relationships between HR, Finance/controlling, and Global IT
• Participate in information exchange sessions within the global eHR organization and with external parties

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Execute and deliver HR reports and other management information to support the HR function and senior management globally in their strategic and daily people and organizational decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, deliver and publish HR reports and other management information in a timely and accurate manner
• Define and update HR data management and reporting standards, guidelines and manuals
• Keep a HR data and reporting repository, containing definitions of master and reference data, available reports, data feeds and key performance indicators, up-to-date and available to end users
• Manage implementation and enhancements of HR reporting and analytical tools and processes
• Provide HR systems support, applying solid functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to resolve system-related queries, ensure data integrity and support system enhancements
• Validate HR data compliance with global HR data model, group policies and data privacy regulations
• Manage data auditing activities
• Consult HR Services and market HR functions in data auditing standards and routines
• Consult HR and non-HR functions in the definition and usage of global HR data, reports and information, as well as reporting and analytical tools
• Moderate alignment activities between HR, Controlling and other functions regarding Functional Hierarchy Level and other cross-functional data elements
• Initiate process and data improvement measurements
• Participate and facilitate a global network of reporting champions throughout the group in order to provide transparency on and awareness of data management and reporting standards and definitions
• Maintain sound business relationship between HR, Finance/controlling, and Global IT
• Participate in regular information exchange and feedback sessions within the global eHR organization, as well as with external parties

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing and Data Warehouse solutions, ideally with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
