Job summary

Adidas Bogota GBS is seeking a Manager HR Data to lead HR reporting and data governance across the organization. You will drive accuracy, standardization, and accessibility of HR analytics, partnering with HR Business Partners, IT, and Finance to support senior management decisions.

You will apply SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM knowledge, ensuring data integrity, governance, and reporting across Europe and the Americas.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR data reporting and governance within a global matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills handling large data from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute, deliver and publish HR reports and other management information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Define and update HR data management standards, guidelines and manuals.
• Maintain HR data repository with definitions, reports, data feeds and KPIs.
• Provide SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central related system support and data integrity.
• Manage data auditing activities and ensure compliance with global data models and policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance/Controlling and IT for data governance across functions.
