Kaseya seeks an experienced engineering leader to build and head a high-performing eCommerce Engineering team. This role drives the NetSuite to Salesforce B2B Commerce transition, positioning eCommerce as a primary sales and self-service channel across the Kaseya portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will own team structure, talent strategy, and agile delivery while collaborating on architecture direction across the full eCommerce lifecycle.

Formación

• Proven Salesforce Commerce platforms experience, esp. B2B Commerce/Commerce Cloud.
• Hands-on Salesforce development or architecture background (Apex, LWC).
• Strong engineering management in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Experience scaling distributed teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• ERP integration experience with NetSuite/Oracle in commerce contexts.
• Prior CX/UI/UX or front-end architecture responsibility.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Team Building & Leadership: build an eCommerce engineering team of 5-20+ resources.
• Platform Ownership: oversee NetSuite to Salesforce B2B Commerce transition.
• Architecture Collaboration: define platform architecture and long-term roadmap.
• ERP & Systems Integration: design integration between Salesforce and back-office systems.
• Agile Delivery: drive iterative, DevOps delivery to accelerate value.
• CX & UX Direction: guide frontend UX and UI architecture decisions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: represent engineering in product planning and reviews.
