Formación

• 4+ years of proven experience in account management, customer relations, or property management.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned property owners.
• Monitor property performance KPIs including occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee the onboarding of new properties and handle owner concerns.
• Keep owners informed about performance trends and organize periodic update calls.
